basic Computer User Trainer:
 

Responsibilities 

  • Teaches material from approved Computer Solutions and Training curriculum.
  • Update and develop daily lesson plans.
  • Provides accurate, and timely feedback to customers.
  • Motivates customers to actively participate in training programs.
  • Maintains expertise in subject area and has the ability to recommend improvements in curriculum design.
 

Requirements 

  • Must be familiar with various browsers including Chrome, FireFox, Internet browser and web search engines.
  • Experience with various types of email applications including Outlook Exchange, including browser email such as Google email, Hotmail, etc.
  • Minimum 3 years applicable teaching experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. Degree must be from an institution accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to utilize different methods in delivering course material.
  • Evening hours may be required.
  • Proven educational or administrative experience in critical thinking, problem solving and judgment skills.
  • Microsoft Certifications preferred.
